Lynn Ingram, P.Eng.

Director, Civil Sector

Lynn Ingram is the Director of MTE’s Civil Sector and is responsible for the management and design of a wide range of site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. Her expertise includes engineering design and project management, particularly in site grading, servicing, and stormwater management. Lynn works closely with clients, planners, regulatory agencies, and municipalities to ensure that designs meet applicable standards, cost expectations, and approval requirements. She is known for her ability to consistently meet agency standards while delivering on client expectations.

As Director of the Civil Sector, Lynn leads the strategic direction, operations, and overall performance of MTE’s civil engineering teams.
