On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me … nine women leading!
MTE launched the Women in STEM Committee in 2019 to provide a platform for open dialogue and support of women in the workplace.
Since then, the committee has been hosting events and creating opportunities for MTE’s senior and junior women to connect. Our nine women in STEM chairs lead our women in STEM committee across the organization.
Most recently, our Women in STEM Committee hosted a social event that provided an opportunity for women at MTE to connect and build relationships with fellow women in STEM fields.
