MTE's Involvement
As the civil engineering consultant for the project, MTE was responsible for managing the full scope of civil services.
Our role included:
- Site grading and servicing design for approval and permitting
- Production of detailed design and construction documentation
- Construction-phase services related to civil works
- Coordination with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Attendance at design and construction meetings to ensure alignment with project goals
Working within a constrained urban site, MTE’s team carefully addressed challenges related to existing site conditions, ensuring that the civil design integrated seamlessly with both new and existing infrastructure.
