MTE Consultants Acquires RIZZ Engineering, Strengthening Expertise in Structural Design and Precast Concrete
The Creekview residential subdivision development is a multi-phase project located on a 40-hectare site in the Fox Hollow area of northwest London, Ontario. Over the past decade, this long-term project has been steadily progressing, with the final phase set to include approximately 400 residential lots. As one of the city’s most rapidly growing and highly sought-after neighborhoods, Residents will enjoy easy access to two of London’s largest shopping destinations: Masonville Mall, which boasts over 130 stores, cinemas, and dining options, and the Hyde Park shopping area, offering an additional 100 major stores and restaurants—all just five minutes from home.
For those who love the outdoors, the nearby Medway Valley Heritage Forest provides over 10 kilometers of scenic hiking trails.
MTE’s Civil Engineering team provided a range of essential services for the development of the Creekview Subdivision. Our responsibilities included creating detailed designs and preparing submission-ready drawings for approval by local regulatory agencies.
In addition, MTE managed construction contract administration and conducted thorough site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance, and the seamless execution of the project.
