MTE's Involvement
MTE was hired by Audi Niagara to provide civil and structural services for a new addition and the renovation of their facility. Our Civil team handled all aspects of site servicing, grading, and stormwater management design, ensuring the property was well-prepared to support the changes and meet regulatory requirements.
This included designing an efficient stormwater system to manage runoff, grading the site for optimal drainage, and coordinating with other site utilities to ensure seamless integration with the existing infrastructure. With a strong focus on functionality and sustainability, the civil scope was essential in laying the groundwork for the renovation.
On the structural side, MTE’s engineers took on the challenge of designing a brand-new showroom addition as well as renovating an existing building to meet Audi’s specific operational and aesthetic requirements. This involved making structural modifications to the building’s framework to accommodate new layouts and upgrades while maintaining the integrity of the original structure.
Our team worked closely with the design team to ensure the renovation aligned with Audi’s brand, creating a modern, functional space that would enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
