Trevor has completed Surveyor’s Real Property Reports for mortgages, land transfers and new foundation certificates. He also has experience with Reference Plans for road widening, easements, railways, severances, absolute title applications, semi-detached homes and commercial / industrial properties. Trevor can provide Topographic Surveys for site plans, as-built site plans, grade sketches, grading certificates, plans of subdivision and plans of condominium. He also has the ability to provide Construction Layout for house layouts, commercial building layout, industrial building layout and grading layout.
