Tania is the Director, Growth – Burlington at MTE, where she plays a key role in expanding the firm’s presence and relationships in the Halton region. In this role, she focuses on strengthening client connections, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with MTE’s long-term growth objectives.

With a technical background in building assessments and a specialization in the restoration and repair of a wide range of building types, Tania brings both expertise and insight to her leadership role. She has worked extensively with large institutional clients, providing roofing and cladding assessments across building portfolios, along with detailed condition evaluations, design strategies, and construction management services.
