Director, Environmental Sector

Robert is the Director of MTE’s Environmental Sector and has extensive experience in the environmental consulting industry. His expertise includes the completion of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with CSA standards for due diligence, as well as Phase One and Two ESAs completed under O. Reg. 153/04 (as amended) in support of Record of Site Condition (RSC) filings and Risk Assessments (RA).

He has led various due diligence assessments across Canada for both public- and private-sector clients. His responsibilities include project management, site inspections, regulatory and public liaison, historical records review, coordination of field work activities (including soil, sediment, and groundwater sampling), data analysis, remediation planning, and report preparation.
