A transformative downtown office campus that bridges Toronto’s Union Station corridor. With two office towers connected by a public park over the rail lines, CIBC Square sets a new standard for workplace design, urban infrastructure, and multimodal connectivity.

T3 Bayside

Best Tall Building, by Height (Under 100 meters)
Located on Toronto’s waterfront, T3 Bayside is a timber-framed commercial office building—one of the first of its kind in Canada. It reflects a growing shift toward low-carbon, sustainable materials in mid-rise construction.

Scotiabank North Flagship
Space Within Award
This downtown Toronto banking hub redefines the traditional retail branch. The design focuses on transparency, accessibility, and customer experience—delivering a high-quality interior environment that feels open and community-oriented.

TD Terrace
