Director, Structural Sector

Beau Rivard is the Director of MTE’s Structural Sector and a skilled structural engineer with expertise in both hot-rolled and cold-formed steel, as well as reinforced concrete design for large recreational, commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. He has a deep understanding of design requirements and a proven ability to deliver creative, practical solutions to complex challenges.

Beau’s prior experience in the construction industry provides valuable insight into the real-world constructability of each design. In addition to leading MTE’s Building Structures Division, he ensures the highest technical standards are met and serves as a mentor to junior and intermediate structural engineering staff.
