Lynn Ingram, P.Eng.

Manager, Site Development | Kitchener


Lynn Ingram is responsible for the management and design of a variety of site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling and client communication. Her 15 years of experience includes engineering design and project management, in particular for site grading, servicing and stormwater management. Lynn collaborates with clients, planners, regulatory agencies, municipalities regarding designs, standards, costs, approvals, and for preparing cost estimates. She has an excellent reputation for meeting approval agency standards and client expectations.

As Manager of MTE’s Site Development team, Lynn Ingram is also responsible for the overall management of staff and financial accountability of the group.
