Overview
Boris Milman has over 40 years of experience in the structural design of transportation, commercial and institutional buildings, parking structures, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical facilities, power generation and nuclear stations, telecommunication and environmental projects, as well as assessment, renovation and rehabilitation of existing steel and concrete structures.
Throughout his professional career, he has completed a large variety of major institutional, commercial and industrial projects in the capacity of Senior Structural Engineer, Project Manager, and Quality Auditor. He has considerable experience in developing and overseeing structural plans and specifications for tender and construction, peer reviews, construction review, and contract administration.
