MTE's Involvement
This flagship location features 35 service bays, including seven specifically for cargo and passenger vans. To support the growing demand for electric vehicles, the facility includes 21 Level 2 (9.6 kW) chargers and three high-speed Level 3 (62.5 kW) chargers, accommodating a range of EV charging needs for customers and staff alike.
MTE was proud to contribute to this project by providing structural engineering services for the first Mercedes-AMG Brand Centre in North America. Our structural team was responsible for the design of the building’s structural system, including cold-formed steel components critical to the facility’s modern design and performance requirements.
Beyond the design phase, MTE conducted detailed reviews of shop drawings, carried out regular structural reviews, and performed site visits to ensure compliance with the approved structural plans. We also prepared detailed site reports throughout construction, documenting progress and identifying recommendations to support a smooth and successful project delivery.
