MTE's Involvement
MTE’s role in the project progressed through three key phases.
First, during the preliminary design phase, we participated in early design meetings and prepared a preliminary structural layout for client review and approval. This phase allowed us to align the building’s structural components with the facility’s intended use and long-term goals.
Next, in the final structural design phase, our team produced detailed structural drawings, including floor plans, building sections, concrete details, bin wall designs, and pit configurations—all tailored to meet building code requirements and withstand the facility’s unique operational demands. These documents formed the basis for permit submission and construction execution.
Finally, during the construction review phase, MTE conducted periodic site inspections to confirm that the structure was being built according to the approved design. This on-site involvement ensured quality control and allowed us to address any structural challenges that arose during the build.
